I work with the following trusted third-party platforms to run my business. Each has their own privacy and data protection policies:

• Squarespace - website hosting and basic analytics

• FEA Create - management and hosting platform inc appointment booking and scheduling,

• Google Workspace - email communication and document storage

I do not share your personal data with anyone else.

How Long I Keep Your Data

• Enquiry and contact data - up to 2 years from last contact

• Client data - up to 6 years in line with standard business record-keeping

• Mailing list data - until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove you

Your RightS

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you

• Ask me to correct inaccurate data

• Ask me to delete your data

• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time
