Meet Amy

Founder of Wild Souls and Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach

After more than 20 years in the corporate world, I know what it’s like to live in constant motion - always doing, supporting others, trying to keep up, yet feeling utterly disconnected from yourself.

I reached a point where I couldn’t keep pushing through. Burnout, exhaustion and overwhelm were stealing my joy, energy and my sense of purpose. That turning point led me to something new: a more aligned, fulfilling way to live and work.

Now, through Wild Souls, I help busy midlife professionals who feel stuck, lost, or disconnected to reconnect with themselves, restore their health and create a life that truly supports who they are.

My approach

I believe in holistic, personalised support that’s rooted in evidence but guided by your lived experience. This is not about quick fixes or perfection - it’s about tuning into what matters, letting go of guilt and building sustainable health and lifestyle habits that feel good and achievable.

Our work together combines:

  • Compassionate, non-judgmental coaching

  • Simple, sustainable strategies for mind, body and soul

  • Tools to reconnect you with your health, energy and joy

  • Practical guidance to help you move forward - at your pace

Together, we’ll clear the noise, create space to breathe again and uncover the life you want to lead. One aligned with your values, energy and freedom.

“Amy’s coaching style is clear, structured, and reassuring. She created a safe space where I felt supported and encouraged without pressure or judgment.” - Client

THIS IS YOUR PERMISSION TO GO ALL IN ON YOURSELF

You don’t need to change overnight - but you can start becoming who you were always meant to be.

My Philosophy

I live by the same values I help my clients cultivate:

  • It’s not about perfection - it’s about feeling good in your body and mind. Honouring your energy, listening to your needs and building habits that support your wellbeing in a realistic, sustainable way.

  • Living in a way that feels spacious, grounded and true to you. Letting go of "shoulds," creating boundaries and giving yourself permission to live life on your terms - not just by social expectations.

  • Being honest with yourself and others. Showing up as the real you, owning your story and living in alignment with your values - even when it’s not the easy path.

  • Noticing and appreciating the little things - the moments, connections and experiences that light you up. Making space for what fills your cup and brings you back to life, especially in the midst of busy lives.

  • Curiosity keeps you growing. The willingness to explore, reflect and ask “what if?” without judgement. It’s the starting point for real change, staying open to what’s possible and learning more about yourself along the way.

The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.
